1. How much money can my organization make?
An organization can make as little or as much money as they want. Factors of success include dedication, effort, and persistence of it's members to spread the word about their campaign and encourage friends and family members to support their cause and goals. Participants will earn $10 per candle unit sold toward their organization.
2. Is there a limit on how much money we can make?
Nope! The sky's the limit on how much your organization can earn! We do not place limits on how many products an organization can sell. We can accommodate any size order, big or small! In fact, the more a participant sells, the better the reward incentives can be for that participant.
3. What rewards and incentives do you offer participants?
We strongly believe that in addition to fund raising for your cause, participants should be individually rewarded for their efforts and we're not talking throwaway stuff either! We will work with your organization to find rewards that are applicable to your situation. These can include items such as high-end baseball or softball bats, gloves, soccer balls, cleats, clothing items, workout equipment, travel vouchers, and more!
4. How long are the campaigns?
Campaigns are typically 2 to 3 weeks. You can always adjust that length of time, but that is the ideal time frame for most campaigns.
5. How soon will my organization receive payment?
Once your campaign closes, payment will be sent within 5 business days. Typically sooner.
6. How will my organization receive payment?
Payment can be sent by ACH transfer or by check. We do not send payments by any other means.
7. How are the candles shipped?
Candles will be shipped to the point of contact for the organization at no additional cost. Customers also have the option at checkout to have the candles shipped directly to them for an additional fee.

10. Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
Yes, we prioritize using natural ingredients in our candle-making process. We believe in creating products that are not only beautiful but also environmentally friendly. Our candles are made from a blend of natural waxes, essential oils, and premium fragrance oils. We avoid using any harmful chemicals or additives, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly burning experience.
11. How long do Benson's Candles burn?
The burn time of our candles can vary depending on the size and type of candle. On average, our candles have a burn time of 40-50 hours. However, larger candles or those with multiple wicks may have a longer burn time. We recommend following the candle care instructions provided with each product to ensure optimal burn time and safety.
12. Do your candles come with a warranty?
While our candles are made with the utmost care and attention to quality, we do not offer a warranty on our products. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
